To educate and empower strength and endurance-based athletes to reach their optimal performance and recovery through food first nutritional strategies. Assist athletes at a variety of levels including High School, Collegiate, Semi-Professional, Professional and Weekend Warriors.
Our Philosophy

Food First Fueling focuses on improving your athletic performance by prioritizing a food first mentality. Whole foods enhance athletic performance by improving cognitive functioning, recovery time, sleeping habits and reducing inflammation. Each athlete requires a unique evidence-based nutrition plan to best fuel their optimal performance, recovery and overall healthy eating.
